Thursday Things

• My most favorite cookie Mrs. Fields has to offer. Chocolate chip with coconut and macadamia nuts. Yum. And since I'm a mall employee I can get a cookie and a large drink for only $2. Score.
• Ever had a song get stuck in your head and stay there for the entire day? Oh yes, that would be this one that happened to me today. Normally when I get a song stuck in my head I'll jam to it, but I was at work all day and I couldn't. So I just doodled the lyrics and sang to myself on lunch.
• Sunburned little brother. They had field day at school and it sounded like a blast! Tomorrow is his very last day as a kindergartener. Whoah.
• One of my mom's oldest and best friends had her oldest son graduate from high school today! Tyler is such a sweet boy, and I'm so proud of him. It's crazy though because I still feel like he should be the little boy I remember seeing. I can't believe he's a high school graduate. Con'grads' Tyler!
• Speaking of graduating, my other little bro is graduating from the 6th grade tomorrow. I'm glad I'll get to go watch with my mom {I told him I'd cheer really loud and embarrass him...he wasn't too fond of that idea ha!} I can't believe he's starting to grow up, and will be a teenager soon. Next year he'll start Jr. High and I don't know what to think of that! It freaks me out to see my brothers so grown up.
  Also: Stella felt left out and had to be included in the photo, haha.

Thursday Things

Just a small post today. I spent most of the day laying in bed with wonderful cramps and this exhausted feeling. Mainly I just ate pizza, watched Glee and lay around. It happens.

• On my way to the salon this morning, this song only felt fitting
• Under the dryer...forever. The color wouldn't sink in to my hair good enough so it took awhile to get it there.
• The result. It's purply/burgundy and I absolutely love it! My hair stylist is so dear, she gets my hair and is the only person I trust with it.
• The first bloom from mom's rose bush. It makes me feel ready for summer and being outside.

I hope everyone had a lovely Thursday! I get to see my fiance tomorrow and Saturday is 80s day at work!

Thursday Things

• New hat. Rue 21 opened up in my mall today, so I thought I'd peek in and see what they had to offer. Needless to say, I couldn't walk away from this hat.
• Feeling moody and grumpy = Phineas & Ferb shaped Mac 'n Cheese with a beer. I may or may not have accidentally spilled some beer in my food, and I may or may not have kept eating it anyway.
• Season finale of one of my favorites. I almost cried, but mostly just held my breath without noticing for the last 10 minutes. Definitely one of those season finales that makes you mad because you don't realize an hour has passed, and that it's actually over! Anyone else watch? Thoughts?
• Revlon Lip Butters. I am addicted! I have 3 colors: Sugar Frosting, Peach Parfait and Red Velvet. I'd buy them all, but I probably shouldn't invest in that much lipstick.
• I love everything about this song, and this entire album. 'Nuf said.
